Recently, Nanjing Chunxin Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. acquired a new precision machining tool: a high-precision CNC cylindrical grinding machine specifically designed for ball screws. The machine has been successfully installed, commissioned, and put into operation. The introduction of this equipment not only fills a technological gap in the factory's high-end ball screw precision grinding capabilities but also marks a significant leap forward in the factory's precision transmission component processing capabilities, laying a solid hardware foundation for its deep cultivation of the high-end manufacturing market.
The newly purchased ball screw cylindrical grinding machine incorporates advanced technologies in the current CNC grinding field, possessing core advantages such as high precision, high rigidity, high efficiency, and high adaptability. The equipment stably controls dimensional tolerances within the micron range, achieving grinding accuracy up to P3 level, fully complying with international precision standards.
Regarding core component configuration, the equipment's grinding wheel spindle adopts a rear-mounted motor hydrostatic bearing structure, offering high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity. Combined with a maximum grinding wheel linear speed of 45 m/s, this effectively improves the surface finish of the ball screw. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent grinding wheel dressing system, which automatically dresses and compensates for complex grinding wheel profiles using diamond rollers. Combined with a high-precision ball screw feed mechanism driven by a servo motor, this significantly reduces human intervention errors, ensuring consistency and stability in mass production.

It can easily handle the processing needs of ball screws of different specifications and pitches, with a maximum grindable thread length of 4 meters, providing ample support for customized customer needs.
